Who we are

Mopaxel is a Syrian software company. We are the party responsible for the data described in this policy. For anything about privacy, write to contact@mopaxel.software.

What we collect

We collect the least we need for the service to work. Depending on the app, that can include:

• Account data: your name, email or phone number and a password (stored encrypted) when you create an account.
• Content you add yourself inside the app: your entries, settings and anything you send us.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version and crash reports, to fix bugs and improve performance.
• Purchase information if an app offers in-app purchases: the store (Google or Apple) processes it, and we never see your card details.
• Your messages to us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for personalised advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Each app’s store page lists its data in detail and matches this policy.

Our website

The mopaxel.software website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and no forms that collect data. Your browser keeps a few simple preferences on your device only (such as sound on or off, and hiding Batikha), and they are never sent to us.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and operations. When you tap WhatsApp, Telegram or email you move to that service, and its own policy applies.

How we use your data

• To run the app and provide the service you asked for.
• To verify who you are, protect your account and prevent abuse.
• To fix bugs and improve performance and stability.
• To answer your questions and support you.
• To meet legal requirements where they apply.

Who we share data with

We share your data only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting, databases, email delivery and crash reporting, and with the store (Google and Apple) for purchase and distribution. We disclose it when the law requires. We never sell it.

Retention and security

We keep your account data while your account exists and delete it after you ask us to, as described on the account deletion page. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we protect your data in proportion to how sensitive it is.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or delete it, to object to its processing, or to withdraw consent at any time. To delete your account and data open the account deletion page; for anything else write to contact@mopaxel.software and we reply within 30 days.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Our apps are not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn a child has sent us theirs, write to us and we will delete it right away.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for a material change we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
